Fidapak supplies automatic bagging, bulk-bag filling and palletizing equipment — specified from your material data, not from a catalogue page.
The range is deliberately narrow: 6 machine lines covering weighing, filling, closing, conveying, inspection and palletizing. Because it is narrow, the people who specify your line are the same people who assemble and commission it.
Every project starts with three numbers — bulk density, bag type and target output per hour. Hopper size, filling spout, closing method and conveyor layout all follow from those three.
We work in 3 languages — English, Spanish and Russian — and this site carries the same technical content in each of them, not a shorter translated summary.

From the bag hanger to the pallet wrapper. The interfaces between machines are ours to solve, not yours.
Particle size, bulk density, flow behaviour and dust load decide the filling method. We ask for a sample before proposing a layout.
Drives, pneumatics and sensors are catalogue parts you can source locally. The handover package lists exactly what was used.
Remote guidance or an on-site visit — stated in the contract. We do not advertise a service level we cannot measure.
Material, bag type and size, target output, available floor space.
A proposed line drawing with machine list and indicative price.
Assembly and a dry run with your product where a sample is available.
Packing list, documentation, and start-up support as agreed.
Send your material, bag type and target output. You'll get a proposed line layout and budget, without obligation.
